That is piss poor advice.....for comparison I'm 5'-10" and at one time weighed 210 lbs and a Large fit perfectly when I wore every piece of hunting clothing I own including bibs and big arse parka that I would wear when temp dropped below 15 degrees. For everyday 30-60 degree layering, the large is comfortably loose. During early bow or turkey hunting it's in the way. I wear a medium for warm weather.

Ok I 6'2" 348, is the 3xl leafy suit going to be big enough especially for a little layering underneath?

You should just buy some asat fabric and poke a hole in the middle for your noggin and wear it like a poncho

They have a size chart on their website, and it was accurate for me. It does run a little big though for layering and what not.

I'm 5'10 180 and I wear the large. Seems pretty big on me especially in warm weather but my dad gave it to me a few years ago so I have no complaints.

Congrats on the best camo investment you've ever made. You will be amazed at how you will no longer be seen by deer.

Never bought that pattern. I'm sure the pattern works, but I can't get over the looks.

I agree that it looks weird to my eyes too. BUT, from watching the videos and seeing real use pictures, it appears to work quite well. I sure hope so anyway haha

Exactly! Took me a little bit to be convinced, but I think it's going to be effective.

I bought a suit a couple years ago. I had neck surgery and wasn't going to be able to climb to hunt for a month or so. I wanted something that would work good on the ground and the youtube videos convinced me to try it. The first time I wore it in the woods, I was sold on it. I was standing against a tree. I had 3 does and a fawn walk by about 10 feet away and never saw me. The last doe knew something wasn't exactly right and she looked past me, more like "through" me several times, but she could not make out anything and never got nervous. I have had deer see me while wearing Realtree and/or Mossy Oak camo many times while on the ground and sitting in a stand. The ASAT works great on the ground and if one sees you in a tree with it on, it's because you were moving.

The leafy part helps, but I also have a Realtree HD leafy suit and it doesn't work near as well.

It's one of the few things that I've ever bought for hunting that has exceeded my expectations. I bought some of the leafy fabric on ebay. I got it, washed it, and cut a hole dead center of it. My 12 year old wears it like a poncho. I think it cost $15. The guys I hunt with make fun of our ASAT. One day last year we were at the campers at lunch and I got my son to walk across the road into the thinned pines and sit down with his ASAT poncho on. I got the guys to turn their backs while he went over there. He didn't hide behind a tree, he just sat down in some dead ferns and pulled the fabric over his head. Only one guy out of 4 could find him. He was no more than 30 yards from us.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
