I just got off the phone with the service tech and their service is so bad I have to tell y'all.

If y'all ever have a problem with your cuddeback make sure you save a picture from it to be able to prove your camera is in warranty! Because if you can't identify a picture from the specific camera that quits they will not honor the warranty!! CRAZY! It's nowhere on the website.

I would buy a wild game innovations before I buy another cudde. Please don't waste your money on them. The quality and product life is terrible, and so is their service.

Never could afford one. Did buy a Bushnell trophy and it is on my fifth season. Hope I didn't jinx it!

I've got a Cudde Capture that I've had since 2010. Works flawlessly and takes the best pictures of any camera I've ever seen. Best camera we've got by far. We've also got wild game, bushnell, and browning. Can't beat the cudde. Must have gotten lucky lol

I have 10 cuddebacks and two Primos and have only had to send one back. It was not under warranty, so I paid $100 and they sent me a new one. I have always their customer service was awesome but I guess different folks have different experiences. They are worth every penny if you ask me.

I run 4 Cuddeback Captures and I love them! No other camera compares when it comes to picture quality

But yes, their customer service has went to chit.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I've owned 3 of them and they are all junk. I know several people that own them and some will say something and some love em. I own 7 primos cams and ain't had a lick of trouble with them. I got two that are going into there 4th season.

Oh and the battery life is at least 3 months on each one.

I'm glad some of you have had good experiences with them. I've owned several different models and never had one make it through a full year. I am very easy on cameras too. Treat them like a carton of eggs.

I agree. Please buy something else. We use a lot of different ones and cudde's are one of the worst. Moultrie, Browning, Bushnell, Lil Acorn and Covert are all much better cameras for the money.

How are the moultries? Always heard good things about them but never owned one.

They all must buy their components from same place. I think they all build them to last maybe 2 years including Moultrie

MOULTRIES ARE BY FAR THE BEST CAMS I HAVE OWNED. IM CURRENTLY RUNNING 18 M80'S AND 10 D55-IRXT'S ALL ARE ON THEIR 4 YEAR AND NOT A PROBLEM

This is interesting. Do you work for one of these manufacturers? I've always thought they purposely made them to only last 1 year!
