Any of you ever got any crazy texts from a stranger? I got one the other day from some skanky looking girl doing one of them duck faces all the kids are doing these days.

Anyways, I've been gone for a while and figured this would be an interesting topic to come back and discuss. Let's hear some stories.

I have gotten text sent to me that were meant for someone else before. Got one of a naked woman and one of a naked guy. Both people I texted back and said wow, thanks but no thanks. The girl was someone I knew and she replied to the wrong person. The guy was a complete misdial.

I did send one to a buddy once that said, "love you baby", that was meant for my wife. He thought it was funny as hell.

I've gotten one or two over the years, text only though. Something along the lines of I can't wait u til you get here and do something bad to me. I was like, where you at, I'm on the way. sent a dead turkey pic with my boot on ones head to a member on here that had changed their number and didn't tell me. Some posed off black woman from mobile called me while I was out with the family eating wanting to know what the hell I sent her a pic of. I thought it was a joke for a minute which pissed her off worse.

You should have told that woman it was a thunder chicken. Then she might have understood the chicken part!

I sent a very illustrative and graphic text to who I thought was a girl friend of mine, turns out it went to my ex wife. I wasn't too upset about it.

Yeah THAT was an accident. ...suuuure.

I've gotten several from friends and strangers and many of them are still running jokes.

I got one of a kid one time of someones kid. My reply... that aint my kid and I am not giving you any of the millions I have!

My phone started ringing within a minute of sending it. The ex chewd my ass out. I laughed and hung up.

I sent a text to a friend that was suppose go to my lady friend last weekend. It wasn't anything bad but still funny. Texting multiple people at once gets confusing after you have a few cold drinks.

I got this one the other day.

By far the worse on here was whoever sent his wife a dirty text about being starving and eating her. ...blah..blah and his daughter read it. When he got home with his wife standing there his daughter asked if he was still hungry.

I once sent a dirty joke to my MOM...it was intended for a buddy but their numbers were next to each other in my contact list and I hit the wrong one.

"How is a vagina like the weather? When it gets wet outside, its time to come inside."

As soon as I sent it I knew I forked up. I called her immediately hoping to catch her before she opened it. I was going to have her take her phone to dad and him delete it before she saw it. But when she answered she simply said "OH. MY. GOD........"

Sent a few and received a few but one still stands out. Few years ago I got a pic from a buddy's wife she had taken in the bathroom. I responded with "I really like your bathroom mirror, where can I get one?" Buddy called and said she was so embarrassed she threw up.

That sounds intentional. Who would she have been sending it to?

Not a text, but my wife kept getting voice mails from an older black man who called himself "uncle Willey from Mississippi"

Hollywud my wife got that exact same message a while back.

This is the funniest part of that story: "I walked in and my daughter was sitting on the couch watching t.v and looks up at me and smirks and says "you still hungry?"

Wives or girlfriends sending the "I'm in panties" mirror shots to the wrong folks probably have some interesting conversations or sideways glances next time they see each other.

I bet that has lead to as many divorces as facebook. Of course, some of them may not have really been sent to the "wrong person".

This did not happen to me but my room mate got a text one night of a picture of a fat lady "trying to be sexy" We busted out laughing. He said you think someone is messing with me? I told him to reply back.. He replied damn baby you looking good send some more. Come to find out it was a guy trying to send it to his other phone.. They talked and My buddy asked him would he send him some more cause she was the best looking thing he had ever seen. There was a few beer involved but man it was funny.

I sent out a group text of a deer I had just arrowed. One of my hunting buddies just responded back "ASSHOLE"! I get home and my wife asks what I have been telling Tom about her? I was speechless cause you know none of EVER tell stories about our partners at hunting camp! I gulped and squeezed out, "nothing, why"? She said, "because he called me an ASSHOLE today"!

I got a text from some woman trying to text her aunt. It was 2 years ago. We still text sometimes. She really should save her aunts number in her phone.

Back in the olden days of rotary phones my dad got a call from a lady who just started off with "how are you doing"? He answered not knowing who it was. They talked for a while with him trying to figure out who she was and told her his mom and dad were well after she asked. Then she asked how they were liking living in California, he has never even been to California. Turned out she was in Athens and forgot to dial the area code for who she was calling. They had talked for 15 minutes before they figured it out,haha. Expensive wrong number for her.

A couple years ago I became friends with Steve Lucas on FB. He is a certified scorer for Buckmasters. He said that he would be in the area in the next couple of weeks and if i knew anyone who wanted to get their deer scored to let him know and he would meet up and do it. The day he came up i called and told him that a buddy of mine had a coupled he wanted scored. I met him at a store in Falkville and followed me over there. He told me that it wouldn't cost anything to score the deer but if they met the requirements and he wanted them added to the books it would cost something in the nature of $25 or $30 each. While he was scoring the deer my buddy asked me again if this was going to cost anything and i assured him it wouldn't. He couldn't believe that someone would drive all of this way for free to score a deer. A few minutes later my buddy called me outside and asked again if this was going to cost anything because if he was to get charged he didn't have the money to pay him. I handed him $100 and told him if he was to charge him (I knew he wouldn't) to just pay him with it and he could pay me back later. After we walked back in the house i decided to mess with my buddy and sent him a text saying "If he tries to charge you, we can take him up on the mountain behind the house and tie him to a tree and leave him there" and hit send. After i hit send i realized i sent the text to the wrong person, it went to Steve. When his phone went off, i told him that was sent to the wrong person. He just looked at the text and put his phone up. After he left i got a phone call from him asking "gonna tie me up to a tree huh?" Needless to say, it felt kinda awkward. I apologized to him and explained what had happened. I think he got a bigger laugh out of it more than we did.

Kinda on the topic, but kinda not, definitely too good not to share. It's pretty common for the vet school seniors to send out emails to our bulletin boards email list selling stuff as they prepare to graduate. Well one old girl takes a picture of her bedroom set she is trying to sell. Well the bathroom door was open and on the counter was about 10" of veined purple plastic. The same email came about about 2 hours later with the toy removed, but the damage had been done.

I hear Steve like being tied up

Last year my sons school baseball coach would group text the parents. At valentines day I had a text pop up on mine that said something like when is big daddy going to come home and get his sweet valentine. Then one of the other parents responded with you do realize this is going out to everyone. Never did figure out which mom was the sweet valentine.
