Ain't never figured out people getting jealous over a deer. I've been lucky enough to take one or two good deer where I hunt. A neighbor friend gets tore up whenever I kill one. I've helped him scout his place and hung stands for him that he never hunted. I show him every deer pic I get, cause we hunt the same deer. I showed him some pics of bucks last week hoping he had pics were maybe he would kill one. Found out tonite he had pics of them and got pissed that I knew they was around. What makes people like that? I ain't mad but damn. It ain't no competition. I've tried my best to get him on one. I ain't no expert by no means but it ain't my fault he can't kill a deer.

Deer hunting brings bad things out of people. People get bored sitting in a tree, while thinking about the 10,000 things everybody else did that is keeping them from seeing deer.

Not seeing deer is never anybody's own fault.

Don't know what his problem is if he can't killem anyway. Sounds like he needs to put more thought into his hunting and less in yours.

On another note... I've been in clubs where people get pissed and slam their doors the minute a good deer is brought in....
Where I'm at now.... It's totally just the opposite....couldn't ask for a better group of people to hunt and hangout with.... Period....

Deer hunting, turkeys, women, and money will bring the dickhead out in a man pretty quickly.

I wouldn't hunt with anyone that acted that way.

Nope.

Deer hunters seem to be the worst. Most turkey hunters I know and hunt or hang around are not dickheads about turkey hunting or the success of others. Liars yes, dickheads no. smile

The way I figure it, it's us against the deer, not each other. (at least in my lease) Some people don't believe that.

Yep I was nice enough to tell my uncle where I had been seeing a big 7 point coming out at and what times I had been seeing him coming out at. He put a ground blind 10 yards in front of this hole I had been seeing him come into this field at, I wish I had a pic it was so stupid. Ruined everyone's chances, a guy on here ended up killing him bout a mile away. No doubt in my mind my uncle scared that deer off.
