Those were Treemasters. I've got 2 of them and they don't look like that. They had plywood floors. They may have come out with a model later that had an aluminum slat floor but I have never seen one that did.

Was Guntersville Fab the same as Guntersville Sheet Metal? I never did know where those stands were built.


There is one in my parents garage. I thought about getting it out and messing with it. They were very skrong stands weren't they?

When it came out, that was a dependable stand. My cousin has one he still uses. I think as long as the seat is in good repair and the hardware and fasteners are sound, it should be a usable stand.

Definately a predator. Once you are in the stand and up the tree, it's comfortable, but the blades that grip the tree's are put on so that only the points of the blade grips the tree, instead of the entire blade, which makes for dicey climbing.
