Daughter and friends brought home some from last weeks hunt and want me to prepair it. Can anybody point me in the right direction....

Skin the wings like you would a catfish. Cut in bite size pieces. Batter and deep fry. Taste just like fried oysters.

If you buy SEA SCALLOPS in a store you are buying sting ray.Bay scallops are the real deal but sea scallops are not.Seasoned and wrapped in bacon then throw on the grill.mm good.

If you buy SEA SCALLOPS in a store you are buying sting ray.Bay scallops are the real deal but sea scallops are not.Seasoned and wrapped in bacon then throw on the grill.mm good. I think the guides took the good white meat and sent them kids home with the leftovers. Cause what I unwarped (except a few white filletes) is full of blood lines and silver skin and sinu. Got it cleaned up and will make dht best of it. I hate fish.

Does look better after a nights soak. Has no fishy smell. In the buttermilk now. Buttermilk and egg wash  Batter  In the fryer  As they looked  Cooked almost 3-lbs. None were left. Kinda like gator bites. Cooked some back up chicken...  Plenty chicken leftovers.
