jcap03 OP 4 point Joined: Feb 2013 Posts: 227 Alabama	1450 acres in West Wilcox County on the Marengo County Line. It is located between Lamison & Arlington in Sections 17, 18,19,20, 21 & 29. All acreage joins and has good road access with gated access. It has about 15 plots with about 9 elevated shooting houses already at the plots. It has a lot of Planted Pines with some hardwoods. About 300 acres have been clearcut and replanted at 3 different times over the past 6 years. Has been managed for 15+ years. The club that had it is reducing its acreage from 3140 acres to reduce members and to save money. Lease it for $8.75 an acre plus Liability Insurance. No Sub-Leasing.
