My anniversary is coming up soon.My wife is from England and she has been talking alot here lately about how she would love some fish and chips.Do yall know of anywhere in the b'ham or huntsville area that does british style fishnchips?

Oh! One big HAYUL NO! I ain't gettin on no plane!Closest I ever got to a plane was when I took her to the loading tunnel at the airport.That was enough for me.They say that you have a greater chance of dying in a car wreck than on a plane.I never heard of 250 people dying in a car wreck.

May have to go to Atl.but I hate that place.Thats where we had to go several times when she was going through all her crap with becoming a citizen.I just find it odd that birmingham or huntsville don't have one but I can't find any.

Yes even after 23 years of living with my old country talkin mouth she still has a strong accent.People think she is austrailian now because she has picked up some southern slang and mixed it with the brit.I will say this for her though.To not be from here the gal can cook some of the best southern dishes you ever put in your mouth.Her chicken and dressing is so good that people pay her to make it for them for their thanksgiving meals.

pretty much but they use a certain type of breading and the fries are a little different and according to my wife for it to be right you have to eat them with mushy peas[kinda like our english peas from what I have seen].She says they are different.
