Took this by the pond on the property last weekend.II'm still impressed Bigfoot didn't trample it cause I know he didn't notice it there. One of my favorites.... winner gets to massage Josh's feet at the dove hunt.

Yes, there were a couple small bugs, tried to get a pic but crappy focus messed em up.
I may dig it up and bring it home to keep. My girls would love feeding it.

Don't fertilize it! It gets it's phosphorus from the bugs it digests.

I may dig it up and bring it home to keep. My girls would love feeding it. Make sure it is not on the endangered species list before you dig it up and take it home. I know in Florida all wild pitcher plants are protected by State and Federal laws.
It takes a long time to grow an old friend.
