I have the G5. It seems to be a good sight. It doesn't seem to be overly bright, but mine has .019 pin size. My last sight had .029, so it's alot brighter. If you get the G5, read the instructions before adjusting the pins. It's not a deal breaker, though.

are you dead-set on one of those 2? I recently changed from a 5-pin to a single pin slider and love it. now, I don't attempt to change the slider "in the field" like it's actually intended. I just keep it set on my 30yd setting (b/c 90% of my shot opportunities will be 30 or less). then depending on the range of the shot I'm taking I just hold a little over or under.
It has worked well for me and I love having only 1 tiny pin instead of 5 pins cluttering my sight picture

I am pretty much set on one of those. If I was to get the G5 sight I would potentially remove a pin or two if that possible after I have shot it some. I want something rather simple I guess is what I am saying.

Get an hha optimizer single pin sight. I've been through a pile of sights and this is the best hands down.

I'm a Spott Hogg guy, but G5 makes quality gear IME.
God shall never burden us with more than we are capable of carrying. Remember, a walk in the park for some, may be a seemingly insurmountable task. No one can wear another's shoes. The reward is not to be found in this life, but the next. Amen.
