We had a local election here in NW Fl yesterday. In the past it was required that you furnish your voters registration card and a valid picture ID. They had a new computer scanner yesterday and when you come in the poll site you sign your name on a page and then they take your driver's license and scan it thru the computer box. No voter's registration card needed. I'll bet the Democraps have a major problem with this simple process.

Timber I voted at the Cluster Springs Baptist Church just up from the house yesterday and saw the same. At least they are still asking for picture ID. I think it's a better form of ID than a voter I'd card, that has no pic, is on paper and would be easier to counterfeit. The scan of our DL gives them a lot of info, including if you're a felon and can't vote.
Yep you can bet your bottom dollar there are a lot of people out there that are against ID at the polls but my position is that in today's world how the hell can you live without some form of ID? Pure and simple, it's a way to get folks who otherwise would not be able to vote, to vote.
