Let's just say that little sucker might have curled up in my lap and fell asleep last night and I really like the little guy. If these events had occurred would this be a man card violation???

We got the boys a kitten. Pure bred, paid $250 for him. Not sure it was a good deal.

I don't think it is a man card violation, but I'm bias. I like cats, myself.

I'm not a cat person...........far from it. But my wife decided the kids needed a cat and got one, and I had the same thing happen. cat was very friendly, not neurotic like many of them. but now the little schitt has turned into a typical cat.....sharpening it's claws on everything, stinking up the house with the nasty litterbox and hiding under all the furniture and refusing to come out.

Cats live a very long time. My daughter had one that lived 15+ years, thought that thing would never die. NEVER again will ol' 2Dogs and a cat live in the same house. Enjoy yer new kitty.

Wait until his nuts drop and you go to get your favorite boots/cap/shirt and he has sprayed it with his wonderful musky piss. It's what you do at that point that determines whether you get to keep the man card.

Last cat we had tried to sneak up behind my recliner and play with my ear lobe. Claw got hung. To this day, I have a scar from the puncture wound to my left ear lobe. Wife was cracking up and girls were terrified as daddy danced around the living room trying to sling a cat off his ear. Emphasis on "last cat".

We have a cat at our house. Name is Biscuit. He's alright for a cat. Quiet, low maintenance, likes to play, doesn't get in my way. Not all cats are like that.

About a year ago my son walks up and tells me he found a kitten. Before I could say a word my fiance and daughter are heading out after it. 10 minutes later they com back all scratched up and the tiny monster had bitten through my fiance's finger nail. I thought it was hilarious. I finally caught the little demon with a plastic tub and a pair of welding gloves. My lab raised him and now he thinks he's a dog with special ninja skills. It's actually pretty funny to watch.

"we" have a cat, crazy as a sprayed roach, name of Crack Addict. She will rub on yer leg till ya pet her and then latch on with all four and bite and scratch the hell out of yer hand. Some folks it take TWO times to learn not to pet the cat...LOL

We have two cats that live outside. Being in the country helps, but when I leave the daughters decide to let them in. Both have been fixed

Ex had a cat. She peed all over my hunting clothes with regularity. Not my favorite pet but kids loved that cat and when we put her down after 18 years, I actually teared up.

The beauty of having mountain cur dogs is you don't have to worry about having cats, they don't make it too well around here.
