I got my son a bow for graduation this year and have been on his butt about not shooting enough. He's been working 10hr days, hitting the gym for 2hrs, and then a little running around before bed. Well, Sunday was my chance to prove he needed to shoot more. We went to the local 3d shoot in the rolling terrain of Oregon and he shot LITES OUT on the 24 target course we walked!!! He even hit the coyote at 60yd, smh. I guess I'll let him continue in his ways, I've definitely gained confidence in letting him elk hunt with me.

I did buy him what I thought was a forgiving bow. Not sure if that's why??

My son is the same way. He has the natural ability to shoot, whether it be a gun or bow. He's been so busy working and attending college that he hasn't shot any of his bows in over two years. I guarantee you he could pick up one of his bows and shoot a 40 group just as tight or tighter than me right now. My mom is the same way. I was teaching her to shoot a bow a few years ago. On about her 20th shot ever with a bow, she robin hooded an arrow.
