We are done hunting this far south. House comes with 1 acre it sits on. $10,000. Bullock county road 8. 5 or do miles from Rack Master less than mile from Conecuh river 400+- acres available for lease. $5300. Big hay fields. Planted pines hardwoods swamp and the Conecuh river runs through it. Hogs deer turkey but no turkey rights We have never shot does on the fields or food plots. Always been 6 point or better To get the 400 acre lease you have to buy house If house sells and buyer doesn't want the lease then we will lease it to someone else.
