I wish it was just for alabama deer, Would make the contest alot tighter. Other than that the only complaint i would have is people signing up and not hunt much at all, Whats the point in joining a hunting contest if you hunt only a handful of times a year, i wish there was a way to weed that out. But hey nobody asked me  just my .02 How's about just Alabama deer and I hand pick me a team of hillbillies?

I guess they could ask each person to put an estimate in for the number of days they think they will hunt.

Everyone intends to be the next Michael Waddell going into the season, but crap happens. Leases are lost, family members get sick, they find out their camp wife is cheating on them with the camp cook, they ain't seeing any deer, fourwheeler breaks down and they can't walk anywhere, etc.....it all gets in the way and most people hunt about a 10th of what they think they will.

I want in on this pm sent I hunt Winston, Walker,Fayette,Tuscaloosa,and Greene. Mainly Winston, Fayette in bow. Greene, Walker early part of gun. Fayette, Tuscaloosa last week of December into the middle of January, .and Walker the last 2 weeks of the season.

My problem is remembering to actually bring something to write on and write with. I'm usually just about done cleaning the deer before I say, "ahh damn there went my points."
