Gotta go with either the omelot bisquit or monster bisquit from hardees
Sadly i havent tried jacks for breakfast heard it was real good.

I checked the calories on a McD's sausage, egg and cheese biscuits one time. Seems like it was between 900 and 1000.

I like the hardees loaded omelet biscuit as far as fast food goes.BUT the best breakfast biscuit I have ever eaten is the sausage biscuit at Dick Russells in Mobile,I think anyone who has ever eaten one will agree.
