Get a 10mm if you want power. It will flat drop a deer. Or a S&W .500.... I meant in the Glock platform. But yes, that's some serious firepower.

No because glocks are for sissies. If you want a real handgun you have to buy a S&W or Ruger. You shut your trash mouth!

If I need more fire power than a 44mag, I'll use my 308 Encore.

If i do ever decide to get something like that it will be a 500 S&W I've still got one bought when they 1st came out..I've probably shot 30 times & now it just collects dust..There fun to have to show but the guns so damn big it's almost comical!..

I been wanting me a 44mag.Guy i knows got one in a Redhawk but i aint giving him 800 bucks for it.I got a Lipseys special run Ruger Super Blackhawk in 45colt with the 7 1/2" barrel. I bought my 44 mag for $450 new back in the mid 90s. I love mine. Not much recoil. I would like to see one in a Glock, though.

Get a 10mm if you want power. It will flat drop a deer. This, and then order some buffalo bore ammunition and underwood golddots. Your basis will be covered.

The 10mm with Underwood ammo is some big time firepower considering you can stack 15 rounds in a Glock 20.

Never held one but the Desert Eagle looks like it would weigh about as much as a good sized anvil. From what I remember, it was heavy.

I don't think a polymer handgun will hold up to the recoil of a 44. Don't think I wanna shoot one either. The 10mm has a higher max pressure than the 44 mag. Are you saying that a 10mm has more recoil than a .44? Pressure may be higher, I have no idea but I have never shot a 10mm that seemed to pack as much punch as a 357 magnum. To me they are much closer to a .40 than a .44 mag. Shoot a .44 out of a 2.5 pound glock and it gonna hurt your hand I believe.

Just say that the pressures aren't what's holding them back. I don't know that the recoil in a Glock would be anymore than the very large caliber wheel guns. Maybe so. Guess I'll never know.
