What's the best quick set glue on the market?

I use to use Goat Tuff, but had an issue with it not working. Switched to Fastset Gel with no issues.

FastSet and Goat Tuff are excellent choices but they are a bit on the pricey side. I use either Loc-Tite or Gorilla super glue.

this, crappiest glue i ever used. i cleaned my shafts with acetone and watched the glue squish out the sides of the vanes and wiped it off and put a drop on the front end of the vane where it touches the shaft and you could shoot one of the arrows the next day and at least one of the vanes would fly off.

Goat Tuff is good glue, but it does have a shelf life. If it gets very old you will have problems with it. I store my fletching glue in the fridge just to be safe.

Goat tuff is the best ever made, spend the few extra bucks and get the accelerator, instant bond!! One thing I've learned about goat tuff is it does have a shelf life, and it does go bad! I bought a 2oz bottle 2 years ago and couldn't hardly fletch a few arrows. So I called the owner( think he's in Arizona) and told him what it was doing. And this was the 1st time it had happened to me. On the bottom of the bottle is a number, he asked for the number and then told me yep, that bottle is a few years old. So he replaced my bottle with a 1oz bottle for free. He didn't have to, because I didn't buy it from him he wasn't responsible for it. But since he was an honest man and cared about the quality of his product he did take care of it( although I did lose 1oz ). I now buy it directly from him, that way I know I'm getting a fresh batch. He also recommends waiting until you have a lot of arrows to fletch, don't do 1-2 arrows and then put the glue away, once opened the efficiency declines. And 1/2 oz will fletch 7-8 dozen arrows. This stuff is also good for other household items that need to be glued. However like others said this stuff is very potent and it bonds strong and very quickly, so be careful!

Read the instructions, Acetone leaves a residue that prevents proper adhesion.
