I found a old moonshine still a month or so back. I got home and googled where I found it and found out all about it. It was busted in the early 70's. it was a 800 gallon still.

Found a dead guy in a pickup truck many years ago. By a pond in the woods we used to fish at. Shot himself in the onion.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

When I was about 15, me and some buddys were wondering through some woods on Sand Mountain (Dutton). We came across what we believed at the time to be some kind of burial ground. There were about 6-8 large rocks, all were the size of caskets, they were in a strange formation- almost like stonehenge, but laid over instead of standing up. I'm not for sure what they actually were, and they may not have been anything at all. I don't have pictures and haven't been back since.
About 2 miles from that same spot there is a 64-65 mustang rotting away in the middle of the woods that we found the same day. There was no road leading to it, and it was in a thicket. To this day I still wonder how it got there. Must have been there long before the trees were grown in around it.
The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.

I have found some weird stuff but one thing that sticks out in my mind is an old metal sign about 6"x8" that is in a tree in front of one of the trees I climb. The sign is atleast 40-50 ft up the tree.Nothing legible left on it not even a speck of paint.

While at Higginson-Henry WMA in KY I walked up on a brick-lined well out in the middle of the woods. Obviously it was old, and it was brick-lined as far down as I could see (I didn't get too close to see how deep it was). You'd think the folks who manage that WMA would have known about it and covered it up.

Someone who was mad because I leased land next to theirs that was never leased before. The were killing hunting dogs and putting them on our property. Then calling the guys dog club and giving them the locations. The dog club left a full size sewn together dummy with boots hat and all, hanging in a tree with a noose around its neck and a sign on it that read "DOG KILLER"! I took hours to make it! That was weird - and a little nerve racking!

The thing that is "famous" is the menu from the Busy Bee Café in Cullman which was destroyed in the 2011 tornados. I found it in the woods on my place in Jackson Co. It now hangs above the cash register in their new building.

Didnt find it it the woods, but a few days after hurricane Rita passed through this area,I was making a patrol out on the water and came to a levee the a rich guy here built to be able to control water in his duck hunting marsh. I noticed a big part of the levee wash washed away. I went though the wash out a d was easing along the levee. I notice something on the levee and I turned around and pulled up to the levee. This is when I realized this ain't good. What I saw was 2 elbows. I got a lil closer and I noticed it was a body. The strange part was it had on a white shirt and a white suit jacket and no pants or shoes. I walked up to it and he looked like leather. I went to a water control structure in the lake where the had a sat phone and called the office. Storm messed up phone towers. They asked me to go check for a toe tag. Went back and found tag. He was buried 6 yrs prior and the storm surge washed his coffin out of his grave and came open. He traveled almost 15 miles across the marsh from where he was buried. That was pretty weird to say the least. Also found 3 other coffins in the marsh not far from my house.

Found a jar in a old stump that had a few hundred dollars and some silver coins in it. Also have found several cow skulls I saved and have displayed in my barn. Something I found that made me angry was someone's empty doe esterus bottle right under one of my lock ons from a few years ago. It's still there.

Working moonshine still and a man and woman going at it on the trunk of a car. Not at the same place. My brother found a dead guy floating in the Warrior River once.

Last January at my hunting property in MS. Don't remember how cold, but I'm sitting on the ground on the edge of a logging road that runs between a swampy hardwood bottom and some 20 yo planted pines. Shortly after daylight I look up and see a fat naked man running towards me. My first thought was this guy is in the lead of some triathlon and he's wearing a brown speedo...wrong, butt naked. Looked right at me twice, but didn't recognize me as a person (thank you ASAT). I was in disbelief texting my buddy when I see him coming back past. Wanted to shoot into the ground to scare the hell out of him, but it was the rut and was expecting a big buck to show up any minute. Disgusting phone video included:

thats pretty cool jon, did you find that? Yea. I would like to get it but it's just too awesome to mess it up. IMO. My brother and his friends were walking on th road by my house and found a garbage bag with blood leading to it just off the road. When they opened it they found a 6 month old baby dead. They never found who's it was. Named it baby jane on the tombstone. Cause of death was blunt trama and suffocation. They determined it was thrown out of the window of a car alive inside that bag.

My hunting Buddy. He told me on one Friday during deer season he wasn't coming to the camp over the weekend. He was a service tech for coke and pulled a lot of hours that week and wanted to get some rest over the weekend. What was so weird about it I was on my way to the camp house around midnight after leaving the house late that same Friday night. This was in Bullock county right outside of union springs near perote. So I'm driving on the old narrow county road to camp and I see this big white dude with blonde hair and a perm dressed in all black with a big revolver on both hips hitch hiking. Of course I didn't stop because it was late and I really didn't want to hear this cats story.
So I get to the camp house about forty five minutes later and when I get there two other members are in the kitchen playing cards and having some cold beers. After I unpack and sit down with them I tell them about what I saw and they thought it was weird and funny. I mean what in the hell is a gay looking dude with two side arms doing walking down the road in the middle of the night in bullock county.
Well about then my buddy that said he wasn't coming walks in the camp house and he had his hair permed that week and was wearing his work uniform and had a revolver on each hip. We just rolled out in the floor laughing! After he cussed me but good for not picking him up he tells us that he pulled off the road to shine a field and got stuck. Technically it wasn't in the woods but it was dang close and I laugh my butt off every time I think about that night. God bless him and I sure do miss him.

Pulled up to camp one afternoon years ago when I was in Sumter County....passed several unmarked cars on a lonely dirt road heading to my stand....then another four five cars passed..... I pull up to my parking spot and one of the unmarked cars pulled in behind me....told me I wasn't going to be able to hunt there.... WTH..... Couldn't tell me why and gave me no choice but to leave..... So I head back down towards the camp to re-sign out..... Can't get to camp due to all the unmarked cars in the road....I was then told to give them 20 minutes and it would all be clear but I had to drive to the corner to wait it out.... I have no clue what's going on at this point.....I go back and wait...sure enough..20-30 minutes later they start coming down the road.... In the middle of the convoy were 8-10 pickup trucks slam full of marijuana plants..... Apparently our neighbors had been growing their own stash.... I had always thought they would burn them in the field....obviously there were other plans for this.....

That is hilarious...I just want to know what he is running from? I think he was just exercising in the nude when he passed me the first time. He was running towards the direction of my truck and probably saw it through the woods and got scared and got the hell out of there.

Foldemup's story jogged my memory. Actually this weird person found us. In '06 while elk hunting in New Mexico I shot a nice 6X6 bull, it fell dead in an old log road, which is important to the events which happened later. I was hunting with outfitter and guide Bob Atwood and another hunter named Carl on BLM land in the northern part of the state. After I shot the bull, Bob walked to camp to get the truck and his stepson to help quarter it and carry it the short distance to the main road. When they got back and we were almost finished with the gutting and quartering we heard sounds like someone chopping wood. In a little while up drives this guy and older lady with a German Shepherd dog in a old cj2 army jeep. Gets really weird now the jeep was painted in German army colors, iron cross and all. The guy driving was dressed in a WWII German officers uniform , knee high black boots, the works, had a little Hitler mustache. Had a German Luger strapped on his side. The only thing that was not period correct is he wasn't driving one of those German officer VWs. He tried to buy my Elk! Bob told him he wasn't supposed to be there cutting out the roads and riding in the BLM land in hunting season with his pistol. Basically told him to get the hell out of there and fast. When we got back to camp , boy did we ever have a story to tell. At least my weirdo had his clothes on, but they were very weird clothes. There's some real nuts out there fellas.

I had always thought they would burn them in the field....obviously there were other plans for this..... are you sure those plants didn't belong to you because i heard that stuff can't stunt you growth....

Found a bunch of pot
Many balloons with notes
Several people doing the nasty
An old climber way up in a tree with no steps or nails
Sink holes that if you fell in you would just be gone
More pot
Heard the tbi, ATF, dea, lots of black vehicles and a couple choppers gun down a most wanted guy in tn one evening while we were hanging out on the creek at the club. Spooky

Disgusting phone video included: YEKRUT's taking that couch to 5K a little too serious.

I think a little bit more of me just died after reading that. I can not fathom....

Hollywud, if you got that old gun out of the tree you probably could trade it for something. What you think it would be worth Clem. I don't know if anyone else knows where it is. I doubt they do. It's in alabama. A good hours walk from any road or trail.

I cant believe how you left us "hanging" with the nekkid dude. Did you figure out who he was or what was going on? Was he running FROM something or towards something? These questions need to be answered. I answered already somewhere above. I think he was just exercising in the nude. No idea who he was. The property is in a suburban area and surrounded by houses, apartment complexes, a trailer park, etc... In the first video he is running towards the direction my truck is parked. My guess is he got down to where he could see my truck through the woods and he got scared and turned around and hauled big arse.

Showed the vids to Lucky Dog last night, her jaw dropped, then I though she was gonna roll on the floor laughing.

PaschalBD. JMO. "A penis in my mouth" won't get you into heaven. Be what you want to be, up to you. According to some of the Aldeer religious scholars the sin that keeps me out of heaven will be my divorce but I know something that they know too and it's that I've asked for forgiveness and it has been given.

Found some old wells and bottles, from home sites. Nothing too weird.
But there is an old rusted car on the west side of the Huntsville Land Trust trails at the crest of Carl T. Jones Drive, on the Blevins Gap trail. It's old and rusted, a genuine land tank. Kinda strange.

Found a guy who had stuck a A-5 under his chin in Greene county. It was a mess. I had my son with me was 9 at the time and tried to keep him from getting a good look. I came flying out the woods to tell all the other hunters not to go in the woods. It took the Greene county sheriff almost an hour to get there. Went back to the area that afternoon and my son shot a doe.

The thing that is "famous" is the menu from the Busy Bee Café in Cullman which was destroyed in the 2011 tornados. I found it in the woods on my place in Jackson Co. It now hangs above the cash register in their new building. I saw that today, haha

I had someone tell me once that he quit growing his own and just subscribed to the paper. I didn't understand but he said the sheriffs just drag the plants to the road to haul them off and in the process they drag all the buds off. He just goes the next day and "helps with the cleanup" ,HAHA The subscription to the paper was to find out where all the drug busts were happening.
Lead, follow or get the HELL outa the way!

I found a crossbow and cocker on a blow down tree in butston about 24 years ago. It hadn't been there long but it went home with me. It looked like someone was poaching and left it to come back and get I bet they were pissed.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Hollywud, if you got that old gun out of the tree you probably could trade it for something. What you think it would be worth Clem. I don't know if anyone else knows where it is. I doubt they do. It's in alabama. A good hours walk from any road or trail. I'm just kidding on the gun. I looked up weird things in the woods. Lol. I think it was taken in Russia somewhere. Thought about am saying it was on skyline or Bankhead and get folks searching. I don't know if I would remove it though if I found it. So you are saying you lied about it and played along for a post or two? Why? That story about the garbage bag posted for shock value also? If so thats messed up. I agree this is strange. ...what are we in 1st grade? X2 and very strange.

While hunting in north Tuscaloosa county I found a balloon with a letter attached. The letter was from a 5th grade science class in Colombus, Ga. That was a long balloon ride.

I found 2 Zebco 33s and a full tackle box one time next to a pond, in the middle of the woods. I heard someone running off when I walked up and figured it was a kid. I left it all there hoping they would come back and get it.

When I was 12 or 13 my step father and I were going squirrel hunting at Coosa WMA and it is foggy and dark as all get out and when we round one of those curves, we see a big object in the middle of the road and slam on the brakes and fishtail around this "object" and stop about 75 yards past. Look back and notice its a grown man, not moving at all. Freddie grabs a shotgun and approaches the guy and I get in the drivers seat, in case a hastily gettaway is needed. Bout this time another fella stops on the other side and is walking up too and just walks up and kicks this guy thats on the ground and he jumps to his feet like he was shot and doesnt say a word and just walks right on down the road. This fella was dressed nice with clean clothes, shirt tucked in, and a clean shave, so Im guessing he had been on the crack pipe or all methed out because when he walked away, he didnt stumble or appear to be drunk.. With it being foggy and two in the morning, he is lucky a loggin truck wasnt first down that road because there is no way he would have lived through that..

20 years ago I used to hunt in the Talladega national forest close to Tuscaloosa. I go in one morning early and pass a spot that used to lead into a bottom with a big old field and pond. I wanted to go there but someone was camping at the trail head. Later that morning I'm driving out of the woods and pass two skin heads walking. I was thinking man I'm glad I have a shotgun. I pass them and get to the trail head site and there were probably 200 hippies standing all over the place. There were old VW vans, short painted school buses and cars with hippie paintings all over them. Later that night I saw on the news where "the Rainbow group" was ran out of Talladega NF.

I don't know if I would call this weird, but it was interesting. I found this arrow in a tree while scouting a lease I had just picked up. About 20 yards to the right of this tree, there was an old lock on stand about 20 feet up another tree. No steps or ladder going up to it. About 10 yards to the left of this tree, there was a camo painted pvc pipe feeder tied to another tree. I would love to hear that story.

I walked up on Bamabart out in the woods one time.Is that weird enough. My cousin and I found a black bag full of feces. We were convinced it was a dead baby that one of those black gals down there had aborted.Man you shoulda seen my cousins face when he opened the bag.We have relived that one down at the hunting club many times on campfire beer nights.

I wish I had a picture of the arrow Mangler left in a tree on our farm. The arrow is stuck in higher than the stand he was in about 30 yards away. I saw the one he shot at Shaw's house from 10 feet away.

By the looks of it....you don't need to be in the same county as Mangler when he has a bow in his hand....

Found a dead 8 pt in Chelsea laying under a big blown down oak, in the spring. It appeared he was at the wrong place at the wrong time, dont know why he couldnt of gotten oot of the way. It was pretty fresh and had no bullet holes or any visible injuries.

Let me clarify my response to Brent so DW will understand: Brent, No, this picture was not taken in Stroud in Chambers County. It was taken in a place not called Stroud that is about 150 miles away.
