Went today & bought the Gold Tip Kinetic 300 XT arrows. 10.4 gpi, 29" long with Blazer vanes & 125 grain point, they weighed in at 475 grains. I think that will be spot on for my elk hunt. Now I've got to decide on a 125 gr cut on contact broadhead. Thx for the input on not taking aluminum arrows, great advice. RH

That's the same arrows I'm shooting with 100 gr Slick Trick Magnums. Mine come out to 464 gr at 303 FPS.
