I started using advantix 3 months ago, its expensive for three dogs, 125.00 bucks for 6 once a month pills. I have not seen a tick or flea since.

Put about 2 tspns ACV in their water or over their food every day...not only helps control parasites, but prevents or cures about 50 other things, too.

Baer Tree n Shrub.
Put it in a syringe and squirt it down their back. It's much cheaper and it works.

Are you saying Comfortis isn't as good as Trifexis?

Do you not know they are the exact same medicine? Trifexis just has heartworm medicine included in one tablet.

Doekiller is correct, Comfortis is spinosad that kills fleas. Trifexis is spinosad plus milbemycin oxime that is a heartworm preventative and kills hook, round and whip worms.

What is ACV?

Apple Cider Vinegar...you can find it raw and unfiltered, as in unPastuerized, that works best. Good for pretty much all animals and people, too, in about the same dosage.

it has to be unfiltered, 'with mother' as its called. I drink it everyday...

smoked 4 packs cigs a day for years...lungs clear now 35 years later..., cholesterol better than a baby... all because of cider vinegar, grapefruit, maatcha green tea and pomegranates.

Yep...clears up cold and allergy symptoms, skin problems, aids in controlling cholesterol and weight loss, deep cleans your scalp, cures dandruff, aids the liver in detoxifying blood, burns off and clears up flat warts and plantar warts...you name it, this stuff is probably good for it!

And, you only have to buy it once...if you're getting unfiltered (with the mother, like Bragg's), you can make your own using some of what you originally bought.
