And the streak continues. BJ has a 11 game hitting streak going and the Bravos put win #9 in a row in the books tonight.

I couldn't see any reason to keep him. What will they do with Gattis when he gets back? The way BJ is playing at the plate i couldn't see any reason to replace him. I wonder if they will let Laird go and keep bethancourt as backup. He is prob a better catcher that Gattis but they need Gattis's bat in the lineup

They may be better off trading Bethancourt and keeping Laird. I don't see em send Bethancourt back down.

I'd trade laird and a few prospects for another shore up arm in the bullpen. If Kimbrel gets hurt idk if Simmons is ready for the role.

Bettencourt is their catcher of the future and I think the Braves will send him back down because he has options.

Doubtful. I think most have figured out he is a tree hugger that is against harming the wood in his bats.

Between Kimbrel, Simmons, and Walden the Braves may have the best back end in the league. I think they need a starter a lot more...David Price would make them tough to beat in a series

If Kimbrel gets hurt I think Walden would be the closer.

They played well enough to win today. Just couldn't string enough hits together and stranded too many runners. Wood made one mistake but I thought he pitched really well.

Kimbrel seems like a good guy, at least the couple times I've talked to him.

Johnny Damon says he wants one more shot at baseball. Do yall think the braves should try and pick him up? Even though he 40 years old he would still add another lefty at the plate.

They have enough outfielders now. Thats what they will have to deal if they want a big time starting pitcher. (David Price)

Really?

No. I'd rather see Doumit get some meaningful at-bats. He's had some big hits in limited time.
