This is a Baldwin County property close to Stapleton. As of now we are needing 3 deer and 2 turkey members. Full membership is $1100. Deer only memberships are $650, turkey only are $450. There will be 10 deer members and 5 turkey members total. This is an 1152 acre property. 6pt or better. PM me for more info.

PM either walt4dun or myself if any of y'all want to look at the property and sign up on the waiting list. We just may have a spot open up if circumstances change for some folks. Thanks again for the interest. I'm looking forward to all the good times ahead.

that didnt take long, amazing what happens when membership is around a dollar per acre and 100 acres per member. that property looks great. i would have looked at that for sure if it wasnt 5 hours away.

Too much money out already - I think thats all of our problems.
This place fell in my lap this year and i wasn't fully prepared. Im going to drop my other places and focus all my efforts here.
This is the plan for next year. 5 full members at $2000ea. This will give us a significant war chest of funds in the bank to turn this place into the finest property in South Baldwin county. 230/ac per member. Year round planting of large food plots that are setup properly, planted duck pond, road improvements, etc. You will not find a fairer, better ran club than this.
Im going to take $1000 deposit after deer season. Due by end Feb. Then final $1000 after turkey season. Due by May 15th.
If you would potentially like to be a player on this PM me and I'll add you to the interested list.

Damn I'm glad my family has land...I can't imagine having to pay money for land to hunt. Anyways sounds like a good price and place to hunt. Good luck to you all!
