Well looks like you found at least one bird. I told you last night that you would bust his beak. Good job!

Yep, but now I don't have another bird to hunt I am pretty sure. I told you if that sucker would gobble I would kill him too. Them suckers don't stands a chance on that place.

Good luck, if you need some help over that way just let me know. I got a feeling tomorrow will be my last day in tn this year.

Congrats again! A turkey doesn't have a chance with you after him. I finally killed one yesterday, and was reading this post at noon and just about to reply when I heard a turkey gobble near the camp. I took off after him and chased him for 2 hours, but couldn't get him away from the hens.

Stay on em preacher, it is just a letter of time before you start punching tags. When are you heading to tn? Since you have to come right by my house you ought to stop by on your way up or down.

Good turkey congrats. I'd say that jake will die on day one next season if he is the only mature bird on the place next year. Two year olds that think they are men don't last very long when they get around turkey killers.

I just hope he makes it to breed any hens that might be left. I am pretty sure the bird I killed today is the one bird I left last year that kept property line jumping me and I could never keep him on my property long enough to kill. Bad mistake taking up shop was center the place this year though. Keep your eyes and ears open, I am looking for another place somewhere in tn still.
