This is my point I’m sure the law men weren’t purposely on someone’s land just glad nobody got murdered for making a mistake Yep.......It's a good thing Cal wasnt there. I said what I said in jest only.

Have them trespassed with the sheriff’s department. I was told by a LEO that he had to witness the trespass

Something about this just doesn't pass the sniff test. Three deputies just happen to show up together to go for a jog at your lease. Sounds to me like they may be looking for something or somebody.

I’m pretty sure where this land is and if I’m right it backs up to the shooting range for Shelby county sheriffs Dept. So them being out there isn’t out of the realm of possibilities

This is true, and yes we are adjacent to their range, and yes the path in from there is posted. Plus there is yellow paint everywhere and everyone knows who paints trees yellow in Alabama. If they came under the gate, there is no excuse for them not knowing where they were. I have posted signs all over the place.
I reported it to my lease manager. They can address it if they want to.
And yes it does piss me off I got 3 members of law enforcement trespassing on a hunting club during hunting season. They def not the smartest deputies the county has.

I posted every entrance and the road that runs the length of the property. So there is no way they didn't know, unless they are dumber than a box of rocks. It's one of those catch 22 situations. You don't want to piss off the police, but at the same time they need to set an example and follow the laws they enforce.
