I've never understood why those machines don't have some sort of a kill switch type setup.
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I think i told this story on here before..i ustah build powerlines…we was workin in maryland or the carolinas..maybe virginia..anyway, back in like 2013..i was on a storm and they was a tree crew ahead of us probly a quarter mile..we was just workin when all of the sudden ambulance and fire trucks an police come flyin by..the tree crew foreman dove in their chipper head first..his wife had an affair,divorced him..and took full custody of their kids with no visitation(what i was told)…said he came to work like normal..real quiet..had tailboard with everbody..gotem all started and had work layed out..he got out of his work truck an started to help drag limbs..he pitched a few in…this was one of the big pull behinds that blows into a chip hopper..one of the helpers looked up an said he was standin on the lip of feed tube..said he just looked back an hollered.. “see yall later”….an that was it..we rode up there an saw the truck…it was awful..he didnt make it all the way in before they hit the deadman switch..an had done loaded what was left of him up..but we seen the truck an the hopper…it was bad

They got a big red button on the ones ive been around..barely touch it an it stalls the entire machine instantly…kinda makes you wonder if anybody offered to show them where it was or if they even looked I was thinking more of a rope attached to operator and when snatched a brake is applied and kills machine instantly. Be hard to reach button if one arm is caught up (depending on button location) but either way, full blown panic mode would set in and you'd prolly forget any safety device
