My tundra has been cursed since day one. It’s been damaged in someway repeatedly and regularly since the very day I bought it.
An hour after I bought it one of my guys ( still don’t know who) scraped a Frieghtliner down the side of it.
Jt and I got rear ended when it was a month old
Someone side swiped the other side while parked at a store.
Oldest son was ran off the road by a reckless driver one evening
I was ran off the road by grandma

Today I think it came to an end.
I was rear ended hard by a hit and run POS probably in a stolen car. I chased him all over ensley before he barely made it between to big trucks at an intersection and I lost him.
I think it’s probably totaled. Bed, tailgate and bumper are destroyed. Frame slightly bent and rear spring hanger holding by a thread, probably wouldn’t have been chasing the bastard at 100 mph plus if I’d known this, tail pipe shoved up in the muffler and dragging.

Just damn

Man I hate to hear that you have had such a bad run with it. Might as well Put a flat bed on it and make it a shop truck

That is a disheartening story. Sorry to read all that. The worst part is your employee damaging it and not owning up to it right after you got it.

Maybe your next one won’t be snake bit

Some vehicles are just cursed. My son had one like that and on the 4th insurance claim they finally totaled it.

That sucks.

That’s terrible luck for sure. I’m glad you were not injured.

I've had trucks that drew bad karma like that.

Yep, it might be best to just get rid of that one! Glad you weren't hurt, but I bet you will feel it in the morning.

Hey Hoggin sorry about all your troubles with your Truck. But your story had me laughing out loud. That would have been some epic dash cam video, of you chasing the sorry Bastard that hit you.

I had a 2017 Tundra that seemed to draw damage. First was a deer. 2nd was a teenage girl ran into me. 3rd was a drunk guy on a motorcycle that rear-ended me. Luckily he clipped the corner vs solid in the middle. Left some dna on the bumper, but he would be ok i guess. All this in 2 years. Got rid of it.

Yeah that one's cursed. I would be glad that misery came to an end. Maybe the next one will have good luck associated with it.

I have one in the Ford body shop now, a lady ran a red light and hit me spinning me around in the intersection. I thought it would total as the frame was bent. They told me that they are not totaled anymore with a bent frame, that they replace the frame. Mine would need 23,000 dollars in damage to total. Also I am told that I have 120 vehicles in front of mine and parts are hard to get. My first estimate was 15 weeks now they are saying longer
