I don't know what it is, but they cannot seem to keep a grass cutter. For the last three years, as the summer goes on, they come less often and cut less too.

We are going on the third week of nothing on the back side of the lake being mowed. All dude does it cut in front of the parking area and jet. He just cut that again, and then down in the middle of the ditch along the hwy in front, and then nothing else.

I asked if residents need to cut it. It's pathetic. And I just got my neighborhood newsletter where they were pimping out 2 of the HOA board members.

I understand it's a volunteer position, but dang if you don't want to serve, don't raise your hand for the job.

Totally thankless job. I am amazed anyone would want to be on the HOA board.

Make sure y’all aren’t paying the grass cutter. That’s what dues are for.

Mine is half azzed too. People park on the street, put up storage sheds that don't meet the requirements etc etc. Our yearly fees tend to be spent on repairing the POS pool.

All HOA’s suck in my opinion!!!

I’m not paying someone to tell me what I can do with my property.

I live in the very front of our neighborhood. Very first house when you turn in. The grass along the road is the property of the HOA. I’ve been cutting it for over 17 years. Our HOA grass cutters suck too

Oh these poop birds here want it, so they can run around acting like they are the shidizzle, and then brag about everything they are going to do, and then can't even manage to notice the grass isn't cut on the main entrance to the hood.

I offered to cut the back side of the lake and dam for $300. At least I'd do a good job.

No takers.

My HOA cuts the grass when we I tell them. I am the entire board and maintenance crew.

Karen spent all the money on prescription drugs... none left for landscaping.

I moved to the county because of HOA’s. The president is always jacked up but is in denial and the board or committees love setting rules for thee but not for me

Roundup diesel fuel or just plant kudzu in the board members yards. Tell em.its part of Japanese erosion plan.

Only hits count.

I could whip that into shape, but I'm managing a hunting club.

All HOA's suck down here. When I retire I'm moving and will never live even near one again.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.
