This is not the time to purchase a vehicle or a house for that matter... wait till the market improves or you going to be upside down. Those prices are going to come down. Ride it out for at least 2 more years.

Yes, way smarter than Dave Ramsey. Go look at the historical prices or any house that currently for sale on Zillow. You will see a gradual line from say 2016 to 2020... then a sharp spike in price since 2020. That sharp spike represents a housing market bubble.

If you are going to stay in your house for 20 years.. then yes you may want to go ahead and buy because interest rates my go up. If Dave Ramsey is saying buy... then he really thinks the economy is solid and could bounce back. The jobs report would indicate that today.

But ALDeer says the economy is crap, then they are trying to buy cars and houses. I just don't get it.

Spent 6 months looking for the wife a new car. If I walked on a lot and I ask what y’all want for this one. If they say I don’t know I’d say we’ll I guess I can’t buy then and walk.. I’ve bought a bunch over the years and can deal with the salesman. There’s been a few that actually made me get red face. I will never step foot at the Toyota dealership in sylacauga.

Well heck, I got a 2018 Ram Tradesman Crew Cab long bed 4x4 with 6.4 Hemi just under 45K miles I will put in you for 35K.

That's a tall order based on what I was seeing back when I lucked into my Tundra almost 4 years ago. I did all my searching on car guru's so I knew the price of any truck I was interested in.

Dealers suck. I have bought 2 trucks from a dealer. Jim Burke and Hoover Toyota. I wouldn't set foot in a Jim Burke dealership again. My tundra I bought from a one man shop car lot down on 280 and he was a pleasure to deal with.

From what I’ve seen your doing good to pay msrp on a new vehicle. Most dealerships are still marking them up

I looked at some Rams but I can't get over that huge obnoxious ram head emblem on the tailgate, looks goofy. I had a dodge car once and it was a total pos. I rank politicians and car dealers at the top of my list of scumbags. Good luck.

In all seriousness they have an emblem delete kit. You can get it color coded to match factory paint or replace it with other emblems like the American Flag.
