You can stay in excellent shape in your living room doing push-ups, sit-ups, and air squats. (Provided you move around a little and get your heart rate up throughout the day.)

Along with the Phone Kids you have the Grandpa GymBros who act like everyone should lift weights their way.

Good point, they're way better than the younguns who cudgel you into saying their obesity is beautiful.

Yoga pants are the greatest invention of the past 100 years. As with any new and powerful technology, improper use can have catastrophic consequences.

Yep, I’m all for people getting into the gym…this whole fat is beautiful culture is completely contradictory to good health behavior. Sure, they do a lot of stupid stuff at the gym but I’ve also seen a lot be really respectful of weights and all.

Yeah, but I have managed to squeeze in a power rack where I can squat, bench, incline bench, decline bench, deadlift, pull up, row, overhead press, curl tricep press, and I have a cable system where I can do all sorts of cable exercises all in about a 6' x 8' area... And it works great.

I'm 61 and by next month I'll be about as strong as I have ever been. And certainly as big (muscular) as I have ever been.

I’m 43 and it took me a full year to get in shape after a long layoff. Still have a ways to go though.

I wouldn't mind watching her spend 30 minutes taking a selfie in the mirror. If she knew what I was thinking, she would probably stop.

She could squat in my squat rack any day.
