The price of gold is lowish right now. What is the best way to buy physical gold, not paper gold?

The little bit of bullion(silver) I've purchased I've been pleased with SilverGoldbull.com Do they send you gold bars or coins? They send you in physical form whatever you purchase. From super modest 90% junk silver dimes all the way up to 1kilo gold bars. Stuff ranges from like $5 to $55,000 per piece obviously dependent on size, quantity, spot price etc.

You want bullion because jewelry or coins can carry a premium that you don't care about. There are several dealers in Birmingham. You can purchase online and only costs shipping and insurance. I have only purchased locally myself but I have shipped many things off to have the gold refined out of them.

He’s got a point, but the depression made land basically worthless at one time. My grandfather said he remembers a time people would not sell timber without selling the land with it. I think Gold is a SAFE investment for certain people. I don’t have any myself.

I will say that I think the bullion market is being manipulated right now considering inflation...the big dogs control that and I promise u they are buying up...

I bought several of those gold herringbone necklaces and gold molded pendants back in the 80's when all the cool kids was wearing them.... They all got lost in the tornado I'm afraid... Anyway I was buying it back then for like 300 bucks or so an ounce.... I can hear the Archie Bunker show right now singing "Thoooooooose were the dayyyys".....
Did you know that Beer Nutz are over a Dollar...and Deer Nutz are under a Buck...

The main reason to have gold or silver is if the economy collapses. I think if that happens there will be other things much more valuable. Correct. It's only worth something if someone accepts it as payment

His dad was a Congressman. Nobody ever wants to mention that. They just want to tell over and over some 100% fake made up story about how he started out some poor kid selling newspapers and was completely self-made. Total BS. I would dismiss anything that old political hack says. He's like Obama. He can be quoted as for and against every single investment depending on the audience in the room. He and Paul Pelosi should get together and write a book.

If things really go to Hell in a handbasket those things will be worth way more than soft yellow metal.
