I have been running 24 of them for the last 2 years. Have had 2 that went bad, both were replaced in less than a week with no hassle. Most of them are normally on the free plan, have seen no difference in the number of pics they take when going back and forth between paid plans. They are, like most game cameras I have used, much more prone to false pictures in spring and summer when leaves are plentiful. 100 bucks a year to join club, and all my cameras get 250 free pics a month instead of 100. I have found no other company that comes close to that for free. Most of mine I use for security, gates, barns etc. Once I find and remove whatever causes false triggers, no problems. Cameras I use for deer I run the unlimited plans on and don't worry about false triggers, after awhile you learn what causes them and avoid most of them. 96 dollars a year for unlimited with club discount. There are better quality cameras out there for sure, but none that I can run as cheaply as these. If I was only going to have 1 or 2 cell cams I probably would have something better, but I can probably run a dozen spypoints for about the same cost as 2 or 3 of the expensive cameras. Sorry for the long post, just my experience with them.

Mine doesn't take many pic's until fall. Then all of a sudden every leaf that falls out of a tree sets it off. I swear they control them. You have to think about what they are paying in data fees. They don't send all the pics they take, but then neither does a tactacam.
If I stay on the $15/mo plan, like I have been, I get nothing. But as soon as I cancel it, boom.... the pic floodgate opens. And this is with the sensitivity turned to low? Have you updated all your cameras? Reset them?

Ive got one that wont take a picture. It has been about a month. Yesterday I moved it to a tree in my yard so I can start messing with it.
I also put new batteries in it but it still only says 20%. And 50% signal no matter where I move it. Look in the "status" tab on you app under that particular camera and be sure it is communicating by checking the "last communication" date and time. Kinda sounds like it just quit talking to the cloud and may need a reset or firmware update. You can check your firmware under the same status tab. The Spypoint website will tell you which version is the most recent and how to update if necessary.

Thanks, I'll have to do some more reading to figure out how to update. I'm guessing it isnt an outdated firmware problem because it was bought in a 2-pack and the ither camera works fine.

I’m in the same boat. One can worked til end of April, other til may 3rd. Both won’t work now. Fresh batteries and reset them, still nothing. Check your firmware and update if needed.
