There are a billion recipes for chili, so just pick one to your liking. I've been buying Cattleman's (I think thats the name) from Costco lately. I'm the only person in the house who likes chili dogs.

Add: Chili powder 3 tbls Cumin 2 tbls Garlic powder 1 tbls Kosher salt 1 tbls Onion powder 1 tsp Allspice 1/4 tsp Ground cloves 1/4 tsp Tomato paste 2 tbls Add water to submerge meat completely Cover and Simmer for about an hour.
