I could be 11 billon percent wrong but whomever leaked this will be facing a grand jury obstruction charge and their professional life as well as the justice they clerked for over. Them Fed boys go through a lot of trouble to insulate SCOTUS and what prosecutor would turn down the chance to convict a clerk and a supreme court justice?
Only hits count.

The left won’t pursue it
They needed this leak to happen

Mark Levin had Hershel Walker on tonight. I think he said it best when he said, the abortion issue is a temporary issue. Folks see their dollar not going near as far daily. I summarized it but I think that was a very valid point. The court will rule in June. I hope they are not intimidated by this leak. It would be a huge win for states rights if this holds, but come November most folks are going to vote with their wallet. I think that may play out The summer of pain will hit late summer and the markets will crap out in September or October if history is any indicator.

The first opportunity the GOP gets they need to set the court at 9 by Constitutional Amendment so we don't have the Left threatening to pack the court everytime a case comes down against them when they are in power.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I'll give you 2 to 1 that that absolutely no one above a part time clerk gets anything more than a slap on the wrist. The feds? You mean like those upright public servants at the FBI?

Bill I actually researched a bit before posting(shocking I know.) Gail A.Curley is the Marshall of SCOTUS overseeing the SCOTUS police force (yes they have their own cops.) She has a JD from Illinois and worked for JAG she oversees about 250 people Chief Roberts has okayed her to investigate. If I understand it properly she gets the first bite at the apple before the fbi. As an aside Phil Strader is a SCOTUS cop and pistol product manager for SIG I'll raise our nothing bet to 3-1 if you can guess the pistol brand SCOTUS cops carry.
Only hits count.

If she gets too close they will blackmail her if possible and kill her if not.

I do believe that it should be overturned, but will it really be a good thing at this time? Overturning it will not make abortion illegal. It only turns the matter over to the elected officials and in turn the voters. What bothers me, is that if it is overturned it will bring out the liberals in mass to vote. Abortion stays legal and we have a more democrat run gov than ever. While your logic is sound it discounts the fact that babies are murdered every day that Roe stands as is. Is there a point that killing babies is OK for political gain?
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
