So you are calling it "obsessive compulsive", or OCD? I've got a bad case of it too, but I thought the the term that best described my disorder was "anal-retentive." I am really not sure, and I need to do some research on that to figure out which I have. At any rate, all through my working years if something happened to my wallet I would have known it instantly. I have gained some control over the disorder in my old age by leaving the wallet in the house. For a long time, I felt naked without it, but I am getting better. Reading about Hoggin's experience makes me rethink that; maybe that's a disorder to hold on to and not give up. Sure hope you find it, Hoggin.

We all tend to use the wrong names for the common disorders. People told me that I was anti-social and I believed them. But then I took some classes and realized that I am really schizoid - I don't wanna hurt people; I just want them to leave me alone. smile

Front pocket wallet, here, too.
THIS ONE

They have models with a removable “tool card” in it that is fairly useful, but they won’t make it through TSA check if you fly ( just remember to remove it).

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Was fishing/hiking in Colorado back in 2007, lost wallet on the trail. About 3 months after getting back home I received a package with the wallet enclosed. Some folks from Wyoming found it and mailed it to me, still had all the money and cards in it. Mailed them a Christmas card that year.

. The old velcro wallet, I use that for my hunting wallet, just carry my hunting license in it. I keep my regular wallet in the truck. Talk about a flat wallet.

Back in the late 90's my son and I were watching the Buckmasters Championship during the deer expo. I found a wallet on the floor as we were exiting the shooting. I gave the wallet to one of the event sponsors that was running the contest. I did all I could do. After we walkied around all the merchandise we went to the bow shooting again. As I was going to our seat, I stepped on another wallet laying on the floor. I did the same thing as before. I have no idea if they had money in them or not as it was not mine and I did not look. I never opened either one. Just turned them in. I hope they were returned to their owner. Two in a day is unheard of.

Yelp, you should get a man purse or a waist pack? Remember the show and the picture stuck in my head.

Did John Carroll host at their school, or I think it’s actually a church or something like that? If so, I know the head coach of their team and can reach out and ask if anyone found it. What’s your name on the drivers license and I’ll ask him?

Hope you find it Hoggin.
I have left my wallet at home a few times and function just fine, because I carry a money clip.
Last Tuesday I went to work without my phone. I’m in sales, 30 miles down the road when I think, no calls or emails WTH!
I decide to go without it.
Bad move It absolutely drove me crazy.

Losing your wallet is a bad thing. Getting up to the cashier with a cart full of groceries and realizing you left your wallet at home is a embarrassing thing.

I sent their coach a message asking if it was turned in or if he could check. I’ll let you know when I hear back.

The coach just sent me a message back saying he was not aware of one being turned in but he called the principal and assistant principal and let them know. They notified the cleaning staff who is going over there today to look for it. I gave them your phone number (got it from Morris) and asked them to call you should it turn up.

I found a wallet floating out to sea in Destin Inlet years ago and was able to get back to it before it sank. Had over $700 in it a belonged to a guy from Louisiana. Wasn’t able to get in touch with him for a couple days but finally did and got it all back to him intact. He lost from a dive boat in the inlet. We must have found it pretty quick because some of the stuff on the inside wasn’t even wet yet!
