I’ve had a few issues with Lowe’s
The first was they had one particular type plywood that was dramatically cheaper than all the others . It was not marked and could not find it , after about 45 minutes waiting on help . I gave up went outside did an online order / curb pickup . I had my order in about 15 minutes and didn’t have to handle it.
The second was like was said above about closing the isles down . I was in the back of the building had my cart loaded . They shut both isles down in the front of the building . I set for 39 minutes and they wouldn’t open them . I got pissed and went around the next closest isle which was the one that had quick Crete on it and it was all over the floor . I got it through all the rocks and cement. I get to front of building and start loading, half blocking the door .the same two guys one old guy and a young kid . The young kid walks up and ask me to move . I’m already pissed but didn’t completely go off on him but told him very sternly . No I sat and waited on y’all for 39 minutes now y’all can wait on me and while your waiting help load all this lumber.
