Did you take supplements regularly such as d3,zinz,multi vitamin etc.
Just trying to put pieces together. I have underlying issues but the covid was no worse than a summer cold for me. Im also unvaccinated. However i have been taking d3,b,multivitamins,zinc, etc religiously.

Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

If I hadn't lost my sense of smell and taste I would've never knew I had it. Never had a sniffle, headache, nothing.

I lost taste/smell for a few days and had a dull headache for a day or two. No other symptoms. Felt like a sinus headache without the crud.

Been supplementing for years and yes all those they’re recommending
For me China virus was like a mild cold. Some sinus issues and a slight headache
2-3 days of these symptoms and they were gone
I never stopped doing what I normally do during that time
I have added Quinine to my supplement regimen since

People immune systems respond differently to different stimuli. Your previous exposure to other Coronaviruses plays some part.

Its hard to predict. It seems that obesity and vit D deficiency are two big ones that coincide with those who tend up to be hospitalized. But obviously, there are many other factors.

Yes, I started a Zinc, vitamin C & D regimen last summer and got the China flu after Christmas. Never was severely sick and only had symptoms of fever, aches for a couple days. Loss of taste and smell happened a week later and it lasted for weeks.

When Covid started my wife and I started loading up with D3, C & Zinc w/ quercetin everyday.
Our whole family recently had the China flu and it wasn't bad on us.

If you are looking for a great multivitamin look at OptiMen from optimum nutrition. I have been taking them for years. just in the past 6 months my 3 and 1 yr old have had multiple throw up bugs, and different viruses, and i have yet to get any of it. Has a lot of nutritious value imo.

Same, matter of fact I felt better than normal. Might be because I got to rest?

I took nothing

I don’t know if I’ve had it or not. But I drink several diet green teas a day. Years ago my Dr said those are very deliveries of vitamin C. I can’t recall last time I was ever sick

I was on a multivitamin and also a vitamin D and C supplement. I had a runny nose for a couple days with no loss of smell or taste.

Yes 300, I took what you mentioned plus regular strength pepsid ac, melatonin and quercetin. One day for about 4 hours I had chills with a fever. Never lost smell or taste. For a while afterwards I had some bad headaches and kept thinking I could smell cigarette smoke. And I'm 60 if that matters.

This was my exact experience, plus a runny nose.

I figured the runny nose was due to mowing/pollen (it was in March), until I lost my taste and smell a couple days later

Was taking supplements. Just like a cold for me. Tested negative twice but had antibodies a couple months later when my dr checked.

Millions. That’s why we know the actual death rate is extremely low. It’s ok to talk about people getting and spreading it while being asymptomatic. But not ok to talk about how that really lowers the death rate.

I feel like Covid symptoms sound like nearly every day but it’s just normal to me. Walk a tasseling corn field or blooming cotton field. It’s keeps my sinuses and head stopped up.
