Height gets them there (and then some) pretty quickly. Henry Co Dec 2015

And then here’s a trail can pic of the one I killed and packed out of a swamp two weeks ago. I had him right at 141.5, but I’m not a professional scorer and I think it’s likely he more around 138. He’s at the taxi now so I’ll get a final score later this summer.

Man yall making me jealous... some fine bucks in this thread. I've only seen 2 maybe 3 bucks that would be around the 140 mark .only one while hunting. Can't say I've ever gotten a picture of one either. That could all change later this week good lord willing!

8 point in Madison Co. Not official score and scored the same day as kill by Harbin’s deer contest. Might be just under if official after it dried but I don’t care.

Both 2s are little over 12 and don't remember on 3s but just looking I'd say 9.5 and 10.5.

I think I killed his twin. Your buck has longer main beams, and my buck has more mass. Mine had 11” and 13” G2S and 9” and 10” G3s. Very similar bucks.

I have not broken 130 in Alabama, some close though and are deer I was grateful to kill. My father has killed a 147 in Lamar Co. If I could post pic I would share. He has hunted Texas with me a couple times but the Alabama deer is still his biggest deer taken.
AND ....it is an 8.

I havnt broke 130 but I've been blessed with a bunch of old deer...I know they get big here but I've been unlucky on getting them here in etowah...I did miss an opportunity at one well over 140 several years ago n I still have nightmares

I got a 9 point that that is 143, he is 141 as an 8. A 13 that’s 149 7/8. My favorite deer is a 5 point that’s just shy of 120. First “good buck” I ever lucked up on was a 10 point that was 132”

Still one of the most beautiful and impressive deer I have ever seen from around here. That dark face and chocolate rack are unreal!
