Want to go ahead a get a dog for tomorrow morning. Not going to take any chance. Shot through shoulder got a good 10 inches or better of penetration slightly quartering away. Arrow still in him. Deer ran about 50 yards and stopped. Stood there about a minute ran another 10yards and stop head down and eased off. Only looked at hit site for blood and left. Shot at 5pm
