I have seen more young turkeys this year than I ever seen before. And it isn't in just a spot or 2; I've seen them in 3 different counties. I've also seen more young ones than I've ever seen traveling the roads in Coosa and Chilton counties. You just can't drive the Lay dam road without seeing a flock of turkeys crossing it.
Is anyone else seeing this?

I'm seeing great numbers of turkeys on my places in Lee and chambers county. My Russell county place got completely wiped out by the timber cutters a few years ago so the neighbors have good numbers from what I've seen.
What you do today, you have to sleep with tonight.

We still haven’t seen any turkeys on our place. None over the summer or this winter. I guess they are gone for good.

Need a good hatch with all the turkeys killed last season Whoa, wait, wait a minute. Are we saying........are we talking about a good hatch with less male turkey around to raise them. With all those gobblers dying, I just don’t believe it..........studies have shown , that can’t be true
