So is the limit just one over the entire state now?
According to Google, it looks like statewide only 1 bird for spring 2021. They may have some sort of landowners tags for outfitters though.

No. You can still buy two tags in units 1 and 2. Unfortunately, I hunt in unit 3 but we are only about 20 miles to the east of unit 2. May see if we can find some public land over there.

I’m looking at it now. Got it. You can kill one turkey with a permit and one turkey with a game tag. (But only zones 1 & 2) Why they both can’t be called a permit or game tag, I don’t know.
