Read and article where a PA judge has halted certification to determine legality of mail in voting and it violating state constitution. It was on fox news site. If Trump can prove the mail in voting unconstitutional that would be a huge game changer. I am sure it will be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. But if they are ruled not valid for constitutional reasons in one state it could lead to several more states having to not count theirs also. I believe this may be Trumps best shot at winning what say you?

They’re not unconstitutional in and of themselves. The way the states used judges, governors and attorneys general to ok them in this election and bypass their legislature is unconstitutional. And yes it’s a very valid argument.

Yes I believe that was the way it was worded. The argument is that there are only specific reasons in the state constitution for an absentee ballot to be granted . And covid is not one of them. And only the state legislature can amend the constitution, not the judges, governors, and ag's. I have said all along without the harvested mail ins Trump wins in a landslide victory. I know it is a long shot but a pray that it works out.

I agree with everything said above but I don't think it's going to matter unless they can drop some absolute bomb shell that without a doubt shows the fraud. Trump won the election, plain and simple but the media and Democrats did what they needed to do to win and alot of the spineless Republicans aren't willing to stand up and fight for what's right. Also, I don't think there will ever be another "fair and honest " election. They got away with this one and they know it so you can bet your azz they will do it again.

Ben I certainly hope that is true and your source is accurate. Facts like that should be easy to prove. My guess is they showed up after the counting stopped around 10 pm on 11/3.
