As yal already know.
Was scrolling on the FB marketplace while taking a dump this morning and came across a 2015 clean Toyota Camry, low mileage. Democrat wanted only $3,000 for it.
Catch was she admitted to having a title loan on it and just wanted the 3000 and in return you receive the (now stolen) car and a bill of sale. What a great bargain!
People are so friggin dumb I can't wrap my mind around how it's even possible. And the interested people were even dumber than the "seller"
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

How would that be any different than selling a car that you still have financed with any other institution. People do sell cars all the time that there is still a lien against.
If it is on the up and up, you make the offer to pay the $3K, tell her you will meet her at the title loan place so you can get the title free and clear. Now, if she balks, then she is like you said.

She’s gonna tell the finance and insurance companies it was stole. Then when buyer goes to tag or gets pulled over they get nicked for a stolen car. She’ll end up in trouble for insurance fraud if fentanyl doesn’t get her first.

I've never pawned a title, but can you pawn a title to a car with a bank lien on it? That doesn't sound too smart for the Title Pawn places. Bank lien has precedence over a mechanics lien, I would assume over a pawned title too.

The place next to my office also requires a set of keys - makes the repo job a little easier.
