Just setting up the Possession Transfer Form complaint thread. Didn’t find anything in last month searching on possession or transfer
It looks like Chuck is looking for a count of the deer going to processors and using them to help enforce the gamecheck requirements.

In TN the processor has the confirmation number written on a tag on the deer and in their log book. Same for taxidermist. Sykes is a power drunk cocksucker that's making it as cumbersome as he can for the hunter.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

In addition, any other person who is in possession of a deer or turkey not harvested by that person shall have in their possession written documentation including the name, address, license number (if applicable), telephone number, date of harvest and signature of the person who harvested the deer or turkey until it is processed and stored in a cooler or freezer at one's residence or delivered to a commercial processing plant.
I think the above is the information specific to this form. It really doesn’t state the “Commercial” processor has to have a copy of the form. It seems to be for times when a buddy is taking your deer to the processor in his truck or is processing the deer for you. If he had his buck and your buck hanging out back and was skinning them when a GW drove up he’d be covered if he had one of those filled out with your harvest information on it.
Upon first seeing one of the forms referenced I assumed it was extending a requirement for processors to log gamecheck confirmation numbers for later use in harvest estimations and enforcement. But that provision doesn’t seem to be in place yet.

that form is NOT in the original reg on game check or in any current form of that reg. They just made that shucks up.

So stupid. Just go to physical tags if you are that worried about it. It wouldn't be that hard. 3 Buck tags and 5 turkey tags come with the purchase of your license Heavy fines for any one caught transporting game without a tag on the leg/antler. If you wanted to limit the amount of does you could eventually add doe tags. Works everywhere else so why not here? Don't get caught with a buck in your truck and a tag in your pocket. Oops, I forgot only gets so far. Make it a progressive fine so they are fined the first time but not too bad. If they try to say they forgot the second time, tell it to the Judge.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
