I heard Mark Levin talking about this the other day. Nancy does not get appointed president if this happens. For starters Congress could possibly change hands before then. Also, if the votes haven’t been tallied for President then you have to assume they also have not been tallied for Congress. That would open another can of worms. I can’t remember the whole entire monologue on this so I’m going to paraphrase with my interpretation of what he said. Basically since the electoral college is made up of state delegates, those states that have certified their vote have to turn their votes into Congress before some date in early Jan. The states still in question would essentially not be counted in this since it’s not certified by that state. If no one has the required electoral votes then we go to a brokered convention. A brokered convention puts Trump back in unless something crazy happens. I’d suggest trying to find an audio clip of Levin talking about it. He is a constitutional scholar and can explain far better than my limited understanding of it. Unless there is a serious fleecing of the constitution Nancy does not become president. If she somehow walks into the White House then things have devolved to a point of no return for our country.

If they make vote by mail mandatory, I'll dust of the ole Louisville Slugger and act like a highschooler again. Any mailbox with a democrat sign in the yard is gonna get the juiced-up Barry Bonds treatment.

If we get to that point, it's going to be a lot scarier than Pelosi as sitting president.
