City Council voted yesterday to extend the "State of Emergency" for Tuscaloosa. Maddox is expected to announce further executive orders including shutting all bars down by 9pm. Restaurants with bars in them have to shut down the bars by 9 but can remain open until 11 with 50% capacity. It's amazing that this virus is so intelligent it can tell the difference between a bar and a regular restaurant....

My question is this.........what does Walt stand to gain from such asinine decisions? You can say it's a "power grab", but to what end? What's his end game? It's been rumored that he wants to run for governor one day, so how does torpedoing your city's economy help you build something to run on when that time comes? It doesn't make sense...

I believe the whole reason for closures is to continue to feed hatred then blame everything on Trumps leadership. This is the main reason churches are closed, because the message is against the agenda.
