The best spots are in the middle of the impact area. I would probably hunt the impact area if it was legal, but inside is not. The surrounding perimeter has stands or did you can pay to hunt. Personally, not for me I did pay one time on area next to impact area and did not see a deer! Hunted and scouted it about five times saw one doe and found a six point shed before hogs ever set foot on property. I would say try to find someone that can hunt/share information with you. Just get out there and scout. Hold a map out, close your eyes, and mark some areas, scout now like crazy, and when the time is right be there rain or shine you will see some deer.
