Bought some land and it has a unusable mobile home on it. Crack shack. I’m trying to decide the best way to get this clunker off the property. Seems like it has a trailer under it in decent condition still. But has a small roof built over it with post around the trailer holding it up. So that will have to be dealt with before moving it. I figure there are regulations on burning it down. Anyone had any luck on dealing with them? I’ll try to post a photo https://ibb.co/rccYT88

Call the local fire department let them burn it for training if they will. Then scrap what’s left you might can get someone to cut the frame up for scrap if you give it to them. If not it’s pretty easy with a torch but is nasty after it’s burned.

post it up for free on CL or FB. someone will come get it. If you burn it you will kill any trees close to it, and it makes a heck of a mess to demo one.

how long is the wheelie home? IF you decide to self-destroy, somebody will need a bridge to span "the creek". You can have a blast demoing it and then make a lil money off of the base frame.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

I'd pay for an excavator and dump truck for a half a day. Cleaner.

Decide FIRST if you can come out better by destroying it yourself. Bear in mind that when you get authorities and agencies involved, YOU may be out thousands of dollars due to EPA, Health Department, Fire Department, disposal and buryal rules, dump site, etc. Look at it from all angles QUIETLY before doing anything. Usually , the person doing the right thing is the one that gets screwed legally and fiscally.
Drugs like meth? Burn it yourself and don’t tell anybody. Everybody on site by the book will have to suit up and spend your money.
Asbestos? Get a loader, dumptruck, and dig a hole. Everybody on site by the book will have to suit up and spend your money.
Disposal site and decontaminating of the material. Everybody on site by the book will have to suit up and spend your money.
Don’t salvage ANYTHING. Keep your fires small.
Anything you try to do right is going to end up costing YOU.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Anything you try to do right is going to end up costing YOU. Don’t say there was meth cooked in it. Highly doubt a trailer built with asbestos lasted this long. Even if it did, it’s residential-you can toss it in a dumpster. Doesn’t look like a disposal site to me.
