-Summertime administrator and teacher required firearm safety refresher class annually. To include disarming armed attackers, barricading techniques, and hands on weapons disassembly cleaning and reassembly certification required to retain any position in school following school year.
-President’s physical fitness program shall be a class at the level of Math, English, Writing, and Computer programming. Including nutritional diet education as 50% of the course time and fitness 50%. 75% or better in diet/nutrition can pass. Required 1/2 yr classes at 4-12 grades.
-Monetary fitness and budgeting 1/2 yr classes required for 4 high school semesters.
-Constitutional studies classes required 1/2 yr classes required for 4 high school semesters.
-Any business, corporation, nonprofit, university, college, technical or vocational secondary education facility receiving state or federal funds, discounts, tax breaks of any kind must include a free hands on CMP administered firearms safety training class annually to all employees at company expense led by NRA certified and licensed instructors. Minimum of 10 associates. 9 or less will required to attend CMP facility for 1 day of training.
-The CMP will be funded by the federal government with a $5 per firearm and $.01 per round purchased from any retailer fee. Augmented by congressionally appropriated funds at a minimum 2x matching fees level. The CMP must be led by a retired honorably discharged military veteran ranked colonel or higher. Nominated by the executive and approved or denied by congress within 30 days of nomination. The CMP may not engage in congressional lobbying efforts of any kind.
-no federally or State funded entity shall lobby congress or use tax payer funds to promote or finance any political campaign or agenda in any way.
-Congressional hearings will provide for witnesses to have as much time to reply to questions as the representative has in asking questions or making statements.
-Congress shall make no law they are not bound by.
-In addition to our business laws foreign corporations, companies, and citizens must adhere to the same laws US corporations, citizens and companies must adhere to in their home country. Specifically any importation duties.
