Planted these May 6, had good rain and they are coming along. This was a old hayfield that hasn’t been broken up in at least 50 years.
Pre emerged with stealth.
This was my first try at planting chufa in a while. Used a grain drill with 7.5” spacing, next year I’ll get a wider spacing.
